Japan's ANA ends premium B737 operations



ANA - All Nippon Airways (NH, Tokyo Haneda) has ended its premium B737 Business Jet operations as of March 31. Japan's Aviation Wire states ANA's two B737-700(ER)s - JA10AN (msn 33879) and JA13AN (msn 33880) - were last used on longhaul flights from Tokyo Narita to Mumbai Int'l, India prior to their retirement. Both aircraft have been sent to Osaka Itami for maintenance.


The former jet featured twenty seats in Business and twenty-two in Economy while the latter featured thirty-eight seats in an all-Business class layout.

ANA now uses B787-8s on its daily service to Mumbai.
