Slovakia's Go2Sky set for maiden B737NextGen
Go2Sky (6G, Bratislava) will shortly add a maiden B737-800 to its current fleet of four B737-400s in a deal arranged by ISIS Aviation Services.
The Slovak ACMI/charter specialist has agreed to lease msn 29925, formerly in service with India'sSpiceJet (SG, Delhi Int'l) as VP-SGL, from an undisclosed Irish lessor.
The aircraft is due to arrive in March and will feature 189 seats in an all-economy configuration.
"We are delighted to have signed up for our first B737NG aircraft," said Daniel Ferjancek, CEO of Go2Sky. "This agreement caps a very successful year at Go2Sky during which we have achieved IOSA certification. We have returned one Boeing 737-400 to [its] lessor in preparation for the delivery of our first NextGen."
According to the ch-aviation aircraft database, Go2Sky has signed leasing contracts (current and future) with CSA Czech Airlines (OK, Prague) and Italy's Mistral Air (M4, Rome Fiumicino).
